Install Mingi Bubble as a Web App

Mingi Bubble is the interactive web app workspace for Mingi ALI. You can add it to your phone, tablet, or computer so it opens like an app.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open mingiali.com in Safari.
  2. Tap Share.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Make sure the name says Mingi Bubble.
  5. Turn on Open as Web App if it appears.
  6. Tap Add.

Android or Chrome

  1. Open mingiali.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the browser menu.
  3. Choose Install App or Add to Home Screen.
  4. Confirm the name Mingi Bubble.
  5. Tap Install or Add.

Desktop Chrome or Edge

  1. Open mingiali.com.
  2. Look near the address bar or browser menu.
  3. Choose Install Mingi Bubble if the option appears.

You can always use Mingi ALI directly in the browser. Installing Mingi Bubble only gives you a faster app-style shortcut from your device.

Describe the issue clearly, but keep the message brief and avoid unnecessary sensitive details. After submitting, keep the request ID shown on the page. Mingi ALI may need to verify account connection, authority, ownership, or legal right before responding to sensitive requests.

Some request categories may later be supported through dedicated platform tools, forms, account settings, help menus, or support workflows. This page is the current public support path while those tools are still developing.
