Mingi ALI is designed to support writing, research, creativity, educational exploration, personal development, and Mingi framework features such as MEFA, SFOP, and Magnetic Body field-observation work. This Policy Center explains the responsible-use, privacy, safety, consent, user-responsibility, and platform-protection boundaries for using Mingi ALI.
Use these quick links to find the policy area you need.
By accessing, visiting, creating an account, signing in, using, testing, uploading to, exporting from, publishing through, paying for, contacting, or otherwise interacting with Mingi ALI, users agree to use the platform responsibly and to follow this Policy Center and any applicable platform notices, consent prompts, feature notices, checkout notices, support notices, and responsible-use instructions.
These terms apply to visitors, account users, free users, paid users, trial users, business or organizational users, users acting on behalf of another person or entity, users submitting files or prompts, users using MEFA/SFOP or Magnetic Body observation features, and users using any upload, export, publishing, payment, account, support, or future platform feature.
This Policy Center includes Mingi ALI’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Responsible Use and Safety Policy, user-responsibility rules, accuracy and output-verification notices, personal and sensitive information boundaries, professional-service boundaries, MEFA/SFOP consent boundaries, upload and export rules, payment rules, data controls, owner/platform-protection terms, and contact/support instructions.
Some features may require additional consent, acknowledgment, eligibility, account status, payment status, verification, safety review, or feature-specific notice before use. If a user does not accept a required policy, notice, consent, or acknowledgment, Mingi ALI may limit or withhold access to the related feature or service.
If a user does not agree with this Policy Center or any applicable notice, consent requirement, safety boundary, privacy boundary, professional boundary, upload/export rule, payment rule, or platform-protection term, the user should not use Mingi ALI or the related feature.
Continued use of Mingi ALI after policies, notices, consent requirements, or feature rules are updated may mean that the user accepts the updated version, unless a separate consent, acknowledgment, opt-in, opt-out, or other process is required by the platform or applicable law.
Users must be old enough to lawfully use online services in their location and must have any permission required by applicable law, platform rules, account rules, school rules, parent or guardian rules, or other responsible-use requirements.
Users under 18 should use Mingi ALI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for deciding whether a minor may use Mingi ALI, supervising appropriate use, reviewing sensitive activity, and ensuring the minor does not share unnecessary private, sensitive, appointment, location, school, family, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or third-party information.
Mingi ALI is not directed to young children and is not designed to collect information from children or to replace parental, guardian, school, emergency, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional support.
Minors should not use MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, sensitive self-observation features, uploads, exports, publishing features, payment features, or private-information features without appropriate parent or legal guardian permission and responsible adult oversight.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, suspend, remove, disable, or condition account access, features, uploads, exports, support access, MEFA/SFOP access, or other platform activity when age, permission, consent, safety, privacy, family-safety, account, or legal-compliance concerns appear.
Users who create, access, or use a Mingi ALI account should provide accurate, current, and complete account information and should keep account information updated where account tools allow. Users should not create accounts using false, misleading, unauthorized, impersonating, abusive, automated, or fraudulent information.
Users are responsible for activity under their account, including prompts, uploads, exports, publications, payments, support requests, consent choices, MEFA/SFOP use, account changes, and communications made through or connected to the account. Users should use only authorized access and should not share passwords, security codes, authentication codes, recovery codes, access tokens, private keys, or account credentials with unauthorized people.
If a user uses Mingi ALI on behalf of another person, business, organization, client, customer, employer, school, project, publication, or other entity, the user is responsible for having the authority, permission, consent, and lawful basis needed for that use and for protecting any information submitted through the account.
Users should promptly take reasonable steps if they believe their account, email, password, payment method, uploaded files, exported materials, support messages, or platform access has been lost, exposed, misused, or accessed without authorization. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when reporting account or security concerns.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, suspend, protect, review, investigate, reset, disable, or terminate account access, account functions, uploads, exports, paid features, support access, or related activity when account information appears inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, impersonating, automated, payment-risk related, security-risk related, privacy-invasive, inconsistent with this Policy Center, or harmful to users, public trust, owner protection, or platform integrity.
Mingi ALI provides educational, creative, research, writing, organizational, reflective, and personal-development support. It may help users draft, organize, brainstorm, outline, summarize, compare, translate, edit, study, plan, reflect, explore ideas, develop user-directed content, and better structure their own thinking.
Mingi ALI may also support Mingi framework features, including MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body field-observation language, Science of Light and personal-knowledge framing, awareness-oriented reflection, research-development exploration, and other Mingi-specific tools or features that may be added, tested, limited, refined, or updated over time.
Mingi ALI is designed to support user thinking, learning, creativity, organization, awareness, and creation. It is not designed to replace the user’s own judgment, responsibility, independent verification, qualified professional review, emergency support, legal review, medical review, financial review, psychological review, tax review, immigration review, business review, academic review, publication review, or other appropriate expert review.
Users remain responsible for deciding what to ask, what information to share, how to interpret output, what to rely on, what to publish, what to submit, what to export, what to apply, and what actions to take. Mingi ALI output should be treated as supportive information or draft assistance, not as a final authority, guaranteed result, professional approval, or replacement for human responsibility.
Mingi ALI may change, expand, limit, pause, or refine platform purposes, feature availability, response styles, safety boundaries, consent requirements, and Mingi framework features as the platform develops and as privacy, safety, reliability, legal, user-experience, owner-protection, or platform-integrity needs evolve.
Mingi ALI is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, immigration, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, emergency, crisis, securities, or other licensed professional service. Mingi ALI does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, provide clinical care, provide legal conclusions, provide personalized investment advice, or replace qualified professionals.
Users are responsible for the prompts, questions, instructions, files, images, documents, personal information, sensitive information, third-party information, requests, and materials they type, paste, upload, submit, share, or otherwise provide to Mingi ALI.
Users are responsible for how they use, interpret, review, edit, verify, publish, submit, export, download, copy, share, present, apply, or rely on Mingi ALI output. Important information should be independently reviewed and verified before it is used for decisions, actions, applications, publications, business materials, professional matters, public claims, personal matters, or third-party communications.
Users are responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, submissions, publications, applications, investments, claims, documents, communications, business use, professional use, research use, academic use, personal use, public use, and consequences arising from their use of Mingi ALI or platform output.
Users should not present Mingi ALI output as guaranteed, final, complete, uniquely owned, independently verified, professionally approved, legally reviewed, medically reviewed, financially reviewed, clinically reviewed, academically accepted, publication-ready, or endorsed by Mingi ALI unless specific written authorization has been provided.
Users are responsible for protecting privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, likeness rights, publicity rights, professional duties, contractual duties, account security, sensitive information, client information, customer information, employee information, student information, family information, and information about other people.
Mingi ALI is designed to support thinking, writing, research, creativity, organization, reflection, and Mingi framework exploration. It does not replace user judgment, independent verification, qualified professional review, lawful authority, consent, permission, compliance responsibility, or human responsibility for decisions and actions.
Mingi ALI can make mistakes. Platform output may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unclear, repeated, similar to other output, unsuitable for a user’s purpose, missing important context, or affected by user instructions, available information, technical conditions, model behavior, safety boundaries, feature limits, or platform changes.
Users should independently review and verify important information before relying on it, publishing it, submitting it, sharing it, exporting it, applying it, using it in business or professional materials, or using it for decisions involving health, safety, finances, employment, immigration, legal matters, taxes, education, relationships, research, public claims, or other important matters.
Mingi ALI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, uniqueness, originality, availability, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data recovery, file-processing success, upload success, export success, publishing success, account access, payment access, feature availability, response quality, response consistency, or suitability for any particular user, purpose, project, platform, device, browser, location, plan, business, publication, or professional use.
Mingi ALI does not guarantee acceptance of submissions, approval of applications, employment results, income results, business results, sales results, investment results, financial results, legal outcomes, immigration outcomes, tax outcomes, medical outcomes, psychological outcomes, health outcomes, emotional outcomes, personal outcomes, academic outcomes, publication results, research acceptance, public response, reputation results, or any specific result.
Services, responses, files, uploads, exports, accounts, support channels, paid features, MEFA/SFOP features, Magnetic Body observation features, safety systems, consent flows, and platform availability may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, limited, changed, paused, discontinued, or affected by maintenance, security, abuse prevention, infrastructure, service providers, payment systems, account status, user location, technical issues, or platform review.
Users should keep independent copies of important materials and should not rely on Mingi ALI as the only place to store, preserve, verify, publish, submit, manage, or recover important information, files, messages, outputs, account records, business materials, legal materials, medical materials, financial materials, research materials, or personal materials.
Mingi ALI is not responsible for user reliance on unverified output, user failure to review output, user failure to keep independent records, user publication or sharing of output, user decisions or actions, third-party reactions, or outcomes arising from use of incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unavailable, interrupted, unsuitable, or misunderstood platform output or services.
Users are responsible for the text, files, images, prompts, questions, instructions, uploads, screenshots, documents, data, personal information, third-party information, confidential information, and other materials they provide to Mingi ALI.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, correcting, verifying, approving, protecting, and deciding how to use output generated with or through Mingi ALI. Output should not be treated as final, complete, accurate, unique, exclusive, publication-ready, professionally approved, rights-cleared, or suitable for public use without user review.
Because AI-assisted systems may generate similar, overlapping, repeated, common, generic, or related responses for different users, Mingi ALI output should not be assumed to be unique to one user, exclusive to one account, independently original, free of similar content, or free from the need for copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness, confidentiality, defamation, or other rights review.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload, request, generate, edit, download, export, publish, submit, share, sell, present, or use does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, contractual duties, professional duties, defamation laws, platform rules, or the rights of another person, business, organization, creator, author, publisher, employer, client, customer, student, or third party.
Before using Mingi ALI output in books, articles, papers, websites, applications, social media, business materials, professional materials, school materials, client work, customer communications, marketing, advertisements, public claims, research, submissions, products, services, or commercial activity, users should carefully review, verify, edit, and obtain any needed permissions, licenses, releases, approvals, or professional review.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, remove, redirect, block, or decline prompts, uploads, files, outputs, exports, publishing requests, or content-related activity that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, privacy-invasive, confidential, exploitative, abusive, rights-sensitive, security-sensitive, professionally unauthorized, or inconsistent with this Policy Center.
Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information with Mingi ALI. Sensitive information may include medical information, psychological or mental-health information, legal matters, immigration matters, tax information, financial information, employment records, school records, family or relationship information, identity information, appointment details, location details, private communications, confidential documents, or information about another person.
Users should avoid sharing unnecessary private appointment, schedule, meeting, travel, or location information. This may include doctor appointments, medical office dates or times, counseling or therapy appointments, financial-adviser meetings, legal consultations, immigration appointments, tax appointments, school meetings, workplace meetings, private family meetings, addresses, locations, calendar details, exact dates, exact times, names of providers, or identifying appointment details unless the user has a clear reason and lawful authority to share that information.
If a user chooses to type, upload, paste, record, or share sensitive information, private schedule information, appointment details, location details, professional-meeting details, or information about another person, the user understands that they are voluntarily providing that information for platform processing, response generation, safety review, account support, abuse prevention, and service operation as described in this Policy Center.
Users should share only the minimum information needed for their purpose and should remove private names, addresses, dates, times, locations, account details, provider names, identifying appointment details, third-party information, and other unnecessary private details before typing, uploading, publishing, exporting, submitting, or sharing content.
Mingi ALI is not responsible for claims, exposure, misunderstanding, misuse, reliance, disclosure, privacy concerns, scheduling consequences, third-party reactions, or other consequences caused by a user voluntarily sharing unnecessary sensitive information, appointment details, calendar details, meeting details, location details, professional-service details, or private information about themselves or another person.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, redirect, or remove requests that expose unnecessary private information, appear to violate another person’s privacy, involve unsafe disclosure, request unauthorized access, or attempt to use personal information in a harmful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful way.
Users should not enter credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers, insurance numbers, passwords, security codes, authentication codes, recovery phrases, private keys, API keys, access tokens, full birth dates, full home addresses, or other unnecessary personal, financial, identity, payment, or credential information into chat.
Payments, subscriptions, credits, paid features, or checkout actions, if offered, should be handled only through the official checkout flow or official payment processor. Users should not place payment card details, bank details, passwords, security codes, or authentication credentials inside messages, uploads, screenshots, images, or support communications unless a specifically authorized secure process requires it.
Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts, devices, passwords, payment methods, confidential information, private records, client information, and third-party information. Mingi ALI is not responsible for harm caused by a user voluntarily sharing unnecessary sensitive information or using the platform to store or transmit information that should be kept in a secure professional, financial, medical, legal, or personal record system.
Depending on platform features used, Mingi ALI may receive information provided directly by users, such as chat text, prompts, questions, instructions, uploaded files, images, account information, profile information, support messages, feedback, consent records, privacy requests, and user-selected settings.
Mingi ALI may also receive technical or operational information such as usage activity, device or browser information, approximate network or location signals, log data, error reports, security events, abuse-prevention signals, payment-related records from official payment processors, and hosting or infrastructure records needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, service operation, abuse prevention, and platform integrity.
Information may be used to provide and maintain the platform, generate responses, support account functions, remember user-selected settings where available, process consent, manage feature access, improve reliability, protect safety and security, prevent misuse, investigate abuse, respond to support or privacy requests, process payments where applicable, comply with legal obligations, maintain necessary records, and improve user experience.
Mingi ALI should not request unnecessary sensitive information. When sensitive information is voluntarily provided, it may be processed only as reasonably needed for the user’s request, platform operation, safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, support, or other purposes described in this Policy Center.
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, payment processing, email delivery, technical operations, analytics, customer support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other platform functions. Those service providers should use information only as needed to provide services to Mingi ALI or as otherwise permitted by their applicable terms and law.
Information may also be shared when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, dispute handling, rights protection, security investigation, abuse prevention, emergency safety concern, protection of users, protection of the platform, protection of the owner or operators, business transfer, platform restructuring, or when a user chooses to share, publish, export, or send content to a third party.
Users are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it outside Mingi ALI. Once a user publishes, exports, emails, copies, downloads, screenshots, or otherwise shares content outside the platform, Mingi ALI may not be able to control how that content is used by others.
MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, field-frequency observation, and related Mingi framework features are intended for field-observation language, educational awareness, personal knowledge, research development, and personal-development reflection. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, emergency, crisis, wellness-treatment, spiritual-treatment, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Mingi ALI does not claim that MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, field-frequency observation, or related Mingi framework features can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, predict, manage, measure, monitor, or resolve any disease, disorder, medical condition, psychological condition, crisis, emergency, safety situation, legal matter, financial matter, professional outcome, or personal outcome.
Users should not treat MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, or related output as diagnosis, treatment, prescription, cure, medical advice, psychological advice, mental-health advice, emergency guidance, safety instruction, legal advice, financial advice, professional decision-making, or a replacement for qualified professional support.
Users should not use MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observations, field-frequency observations, or related Mingi framework output to make medical, psychological, medication, emergency, safety, legal, financial, employment, immigration, tax, investment, or other professional decisions.
If a user has a medical, psychological, safety, or emergency concern, they should contact a qualified health provider, licensed professional, or appropriate real-world support. If immediate help is needed, the user should call 911 or local emergency services right away.
MEFA and SFOP may require special consent, additional notices, or feature-specific acknowledgment before use. Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, or redirect requests that attempt to convert field-observation language into diagnosis, treatment, prediction, prescription, emergency guidance, crisis response, or licensed professional advice.
Mingi ALI may provide general educational, reflective, or organizational support for health-adjacent, emotional, relationship, stress, personal-development, or life-context conversations, but it does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, crisis, or emergency services. Users should seek qualified support for health, mental-health, safety, or urgent concerns.
Mingi ALI is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, suicide-prevention service, mental-health treatment provider, law-enforcement service, or real-time safety monitoring system. The platform cannot guarantee that it will detect, prevent, interrupt, or respond to every emergency, safety risk, self-harm concern, suicide concern, violence concern, abuse concern, or crisis situation.
Mingi ALI will not help users plan, prepare, encourage, intensify, conceal, romanticize, justify, document, write goodbye materials for, or complete self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, harm to others, or dangerous acts. The platform may refuse, redirect, limit, remove, or block content when a request appears to involve self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, coercion, exploitation, emergency danger, or serious safety risk.
If a user may harm themselves, may harm someone else, is being harmed, is in immediate danger, or believes another person may be in immediate danger, they should contact emergency services, local authorities, a qualified crisis hotline, a trusted adult, a medical professional, a mental-health professional, or another appropriate real-world support resource right away.
Mingi ALI may provide general supportive, educational, grounding, or safety-oriented language, but it does not replace professional care, emergency services, crisis responders, medical support, mental-health care, parent or guardian responsibility, school safety resources, or local safety authorities.
For minors, vulnerable users, or situations involving serious self-harm, suicide, abuse, exploitation, violence, or immediate danger, Mingi ALI may use stronger safety redirection and may limit or refuse certain content. If future safety-alert, trusted-contact, family-safety, or emergency-resource features are added, those features will be described separately and will not guarantee safety or replace real-world emergency support.
Mingi ALI is not directed to children under 13 and should not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the platform, they should contact Mingi ALI for review and appropriate removal when possible.
Users under 18 should use Mingi ALI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Mingi ALI is not designed to replace parental, guardian, school, professional, emergency, medical, psychological, mental-health, or crisis support for minors. Content involving children or teens must be handled with heightened care, privacy, and safety.
Users may not use Mingi ALI to exploit, endanger, manipulate, sexualize, groom, harass, shame, threaten, or harm minors. Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, redirect, remove, or block content involving minors when safety, privacy, exploitation, self-harm, sexual content, violence, emotional dependency, or other serious concerns are present.
MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observations, emotional reflection, health-adjacent conversations, crisis-related support, and personal-development features are not intended to replace responsible adult judgment or qualified professional support for minors. Minors should not use MEFA, SFOP, or sensitive self-observation features without appropriate parent or guardian permission and responsible adult oversight.
Mingi ALI may later add family-safety tools, teen-account settings, parental-control options, feature limits, quiet-hour controls, sensitive-content reduction, or serious-safety notification workflows. Those tools are not active unless they are specifically implemented and described. If added, they will support family safety but will not provide real-time monitoring, guarantee safety, replace emergency services, or replace parent, guardian, medical, psychological, school, or professional responsibility.
Mingi ALI may help users organize information, explain general concepts, draft questions, prepare summaries, compare user-provided options, structure notes, brainstorm issues to discuss with qualified professionals, or support user-directed research in legal, immigration, tax, financial, career, retirement, investment, business, employment, and similar topics.
Mingi ALI is not a lawyer, immigration attorney, tax professional, accountant, financial adviser, broker, investment adviser, securities professional, retirement planner, insurance professional, employment-law adviser, career counselor, recruiter, employer, government agency, court, regulator, or licensed professional service.
Mingi ALI does not provide legal conclusions, immigration strategy, tax advice, accounting advice, personalized financial advice, securities advice, investment recommendations, retirement planning, insurance advice, employment-law advice, hiring decisions, job-placement services, income guarantees, business guarantees, or professional approval.
Users are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making important decisions, filing documents, signing agreements, submitting applications, paying taxes, making investments, changing retirement plans, accepting or rejecting employment, making business decisions, responding to legal or immigration matters, or relying on information in a regulated or licensed professional context.
Users are responsible for deadlines, filings, applications, forms, contracts, payments, taxes, claims, disclosures, interviews, resumes, job applications, financial decisions, investments, submissions, records, and communications they create, submit, sign, publish, send, rely on, or use with help from Mingi ALI.
Laws, rules, deadlines, agency procedures, court rules, immigration requirements, tax requirements, financial conditions, market conditions, employment rules, hiring practices, retirement rules, professional standards, and regulatory requirements may change. Users should verify current information with qualified professionals or official sources before relying on it.
Users should not share unnecessary legal, immigration, tax, financial, employment, investment, retirement, medical, appointment, schedule, location, identity, family, client, employer, employee, student, or third-party information with Mingi ALI. If users voluntarily share such information, they remain responsible for that choice and for removing unnecessary private details before typing, uploading, publishing, exporting, submitting, or sharing content.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, redirect, or decline requests that appear to ask for licensed professional decisions, unlawful assistance, evasion, deception, fraud, unauthorized practice, regulated advice, confidential-information misuse, privacy invasion, rights violations, or activity that creates legal, financial, employment, immigration, tax, safety, public-trust, owner-protection, or platform-integrity risk.
Users are responsible for all files, images, screenshots, documents, text, prompts, links, pasted materials, recordings, exports, downloads, publications, and other content they provide to, process through, or create with Mingi ALI. Users should upload, paste, publish, export, download, screenshot, copy, or share only content they have the right, permission, consent, lawful basis, and authority to use.
Users should not upload, paste, publish, export, download, screenshot, or share content that violates another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, publicity rights, likeness rights, account security, professional obligations, court orders, employment obligations, school rules, platform rules, contracts, or applicable law.
Users should remove unnecessary personal, financial, credential, medical, psychological, legal, immigration, tax, family, location, appointment, schedule, client, customer, student, employee, employer, confidential, or third-party information before uploading, publishing, exporting, downloading, screenshotting, copying, or sharing content.
Mingi ALI may process uploaded files, images, screenshots, pasted text, recordings, links, and similar materials to provide responses, generate output, perform requested platform features, support safety and abuse prevention, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, improve reliability, respond to support or privacy requests, and operate the service.
Uploading, pasting, processing, summarizing, transforming, exporting, downloading, or publishing content through Mingi ALI does not make Mingi ALI responsible for verifying ownership, accuracy, legality, permissions, consent, confidentiality, privacy status, professional suitability, publication readiness, or lawful use of the uploaded or generated material.
Users are responsible for reviewing all generated, edited, summarized, transformed, exported, copied, downloaded, published, or shared output before using it. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, overlapping with output generated for other users, unsuitable for publication, rights-sensitive, privacy-sensitive, confidential, or inappropriate for a user’s intended purpose without human review.
Users should keep independent copies of important files, uploads, exports, downloads, publications, records, and outputs. Mingi ALI should not be treated as the only storage location, archive, legal record, medical record, financial record, business record, research record, publication record, or recovery method for important materials.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, remove, disable, block, redirect, review, or decline uploads, file-processing requests, publishing requests, export requests, downloads, screenshots, sharing-related activity, or content-related features that appear unsafe, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, malicious, privacy-invasive, confidentiality-sensitive, security-sensitive, professionally unauthorized, technically harmful, or inconsistent with this Policy Center.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they create, upload, paste, generate, edit, publish, submit, export, download, display, or share does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, defamation, contract, professional, employment, school, court, or other rights and obligations.
Users should not use Mingi ALI to create or publish false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, threatening, invasive, impersonating, deceptive, or harmful claims about another person, business, organization, group, public figure, private individual, product, service, event, or institution. Users are responsible for verifying facts, context, permissions, sources, ownership, and legal rights before making public claims or publishing content.
Users should not upload, generate, edit, publish, or share another person’s name, image, voice, likeness, identity, private communications, confidential materials, personal records, creative work, brand, logo, or protected information unless they have the right, permission, consent, authority, or lawful basis to do so.
Mingi ALI output should be reviewed before use in books, papers, websites, social media, applications, business materials, advertising, public statements, legal or professional submissions, research claims, product claims, testimonials, reviews, employment materials, or any other public-facing or high-impact context.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, remove, redirect, or block requests or content that appears to infringe rights, misuse a person’s likeness or identity, expose confidential information, create unlawful public claims, facilitate impersonation, enable harassment, spread harmful falsehoods, or create legal, privacy, safety, reputational, or platform-integrity risk.
Mingi ALI may refer to, summarize, connect with, link to, display, process, receive information from, or rely on third-party websites, tools, sources, search services, payment processors, hosting systems, cloud providers, email providers, analytics services, security tools, APIs, integrations, browser features, app stores, device systems, or other outside services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, payment rules, refund rules, data practices, availability, fees, account requirements, content rules, and legal obligations. Users are responsible for reviewing third-party terms, privacy notices, fees, permissions, security practices, and instructions before using or relying on those services.
Mingi ALI is not responsible for third-party content, links, websites, sources, summaries, services, tools, policies, privacy practices, data handling, security, availability, outages, delays, errors, prices, fees, payment processing, refunds, cancellations, account actions, decisions, claims, representations, products, services, or actions.
A link, reference, summary, search result, citation, connection, integration, payment path, or mention of a third-party service does not mean that Mingi ALI endorses, guarantees, controls, supervises, approves, sponsors, partners with, verifies, or accepts responsibility for that third-party service, source, website, claim, product, person, business, organization, or content.
Users should use caution before clicking links, opening third-party websites, downloading files, submitting information, creating accounts, making payments, entering credentials, sharing personal or sensitive information, relying on external sources, or following instructions from third-party services.
Mingi ALI may refuse, remove, limit, redirect, block, disable, or decline links, source-related requests, third-party references, integrations, files, payment paths, or external-service activity when they appear unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing, security-sensitive, exploitative, abusive, misleading, unavailable, or inconsistent with this Policy Center, user safety, legal compliance, owner protection, or platform integrity.
Users may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, corrections, comments, ideas, feature requests, reports, examples, proposals, complaints, ratings, support notes, policy comments, safety concerns, product suggestions, or other input about Mingi ALI.
Mingi ALI may review, store, summarize, route, evaluate, use, adapt, develop from, or otherwise use feedback to improve the platform, support users, improve safety, improve privacy practices, improve policy coverage, troubleshoot issues, develop features, refine response quality, protect platform integrity, and support responsible operation.
Users should not send confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, unpublished, sensitive, third-party, employer-owned, client-owned, school-owned, investor-sensitive, business-sensitive, or legally restricted ideas or materials as feedback unless they are comfortable with Mingi ALI receiving and using that feedback as described in this Policy Center.
Providing feedback does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, contractor relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, investor relationship, agency relationship, ownership interest, intellectual-property transfer to the user, confidentiality obligation, exclusivity obligation, or obligation for Mingi ALI to implement, respond, credit, compensate, purchase, license, or continue developing the feedback.
Mingi ALI may already be developing, considering, testing, researching, or using ideas, features, language, workflows, protections, policies, designs, concepts, improvements, or technologies that are similar or related to feedback submitted by users.
Mingi ALI may use feedback without obligation to provide compensation, ownership, credit, attribution, approval, notice, implementation, continued availability, or other benefit to the person or organization that provided the feedback, except where a separate written agreement signed by an authorized Mingi ALI representative says otherwise.
Mingi ALI may refuse, remove, limit, redirect, review, preserve, or act on feedback-related content when it appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, confidential, privacy-invasive, rights-sensitive, security-sensitive, malicious, exploitative, professionally unauthorized, or inconsistent with this Policy Center.
If Mingi ALI offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, plans, one-time purchases, renewals, trials, promotional offers, or checkout options, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, taxes, fees, plan limits, and payment-processing details should be shown in the applicable checkout, subscription, account, or billing area.
Users are responsible for reviewing payment terms before purchasing or subscribing, keeping billing and account information accurate, maintaining authorized access to their payment method, and understanding whether a purchase renews automatically, expires, converts from a trial or promotion into a paid plan, or continues until cancelled.
Payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, security codes, authentication codes, recovery phrases, private keys, API keys, or other payment, financial, identity, or credential information should not be placed inside chat messages, uploads, screenshots, images, support messages, or informal communications. Payments should be completed only through the official checkout flow or authorized payment processor.
Cancellations, plan changes, failed payments, billing disputes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, taxes, and access changes may be handled according to the applicable checkout terms, subscription terms, payment processor rules, platform records, and applicable law. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable checkout or required by law, paid access, credits, digital features, or subscription periods may be limited, non-transferable, non-refundable, or continue only through the current paid period.
Mingi ALI may limit, pause, suspend, downgrade, cancel, or refuse paid features, account access, credits, plans, or transactions when payment fails, billing information appears inaccurate, a transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent, a chargeback or dispute is opened, a payment processor requires action, misuse is detected, or continued access would conflict with safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, owner protection, payment rules, or this Policy Center.
If Mingi ALI offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, plans, one-time purchases, renewals, trials, promotional offers, business plans, organizational plans, paid account tools, paid upload or export functions, or other checkout options, the applicable checkout, billing, subscription, account, invoice, receipt, or payment area should describe the material payment terms before purchase where appropriate.
Material payment terms may include price, billing period, renewal timing, automatic-renewal terms if applicable, trial or promotion length, when a trial or promotion converts to paid access if applicable, cancellation method, refund or credit rules, taxes, fees, plan limits, feature limits, usage limits, account requirements, payment-processor terms, and when access begins, changes, renews, expires, downgrades, pauses, or ends.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable payment, checkout, billing, subscription, account, invoice, receipt, and renewal terms before completing a purchase, starting a trial, accepting a promotion, changing a plan, using a paid feature, or allowing a recurring charge to continue.
Where automatic renewal, recurring billing, trial conversion, promotional conversion, or continuous paid access applies, Mingi ALI should provide the renewal, billing, cancellation, and material offer terms in the applicable checkout, account, subscription, billing, or notice flow as required by applicable law and payment-processor rules.
Cancellations should be handled through the applicable account, billing, checkout, subscription, support, app-store, or payment-processor path made available for the purchase. Cancelling a paid feature may stop future charges, but it may not automatically refund amounts already paid, reverse completed transactions, remove previously used credits, or delete account content unless the applicable terms, payment processor, platform record, or law requires otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable checkout terms or required by law, paid access, subscriptions, credits, digital features, one-time purchases, usage amounts, promotional access, and subscription periods may be limited, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or available only during the applicable paid period, plan period, promotional period, account status, or feature availability period.
Refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, billing disputes, failed payments, duplicate charges, taxes, price changes, plan changes, account downgrades, access changes, and payment-method issues may be handled according to the applicable checkout terms, subscription terms, refund terms, payment-processor rules, platform records, support review, and applicable law.
Mingi ALI may change prices, plan names, plan limits, usage limits, paid-feature availability, renewal terms, billing methods, payment processors, checkout flows, taxes, fees, trials, promotions, or paid-feature rules as the platform develops. Where notice, renewed consent, cancellation opportunity, or other process is required by applicable law or payment-processor rules, Mingi ALI should provide that process through an appropriate checkout, account, billing, support, notice, or consent path.
Mingi ALI may limit, suspend, downgrade, cancel, terminate, pause, or refuse paid access, transactions, renewals, credits, plans, subscriptions, account functions, or support access when payment fails, billing information appears inaccurate, a transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent, a payment method is declined, a chargeback or dispute is opened, payment processor rules require action, misuse is detected, a legal or safety concern appears, or continued access would conflict with this Policy Center, platform integrity, owner protection, user safety, public trust, or applicable law.
Users should not place payment card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, security codes, authentication codes, recovery phrases, private keys, API keys, or other payment, financial, identity, or credential information inside chat messages, uploads, screenshots, images, support messages, or informal communications. Payments should be completed only through the official checkout flow, authorized app-store flow, authorized payment processor, or other official payment path.
Mingi ALI is not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, denials, holds, account actions, processor decisions, app-store decisions, bank decisions, card-network decisions, tax calculations, currency conversions, exchange-rate changes, payment-method failures, chargeback outcomes, or refund timing controlled by third-party payment processors, app stores, banks, card networks, tax systems, or other third-party services.
Users may not use Mingi ALI to request, create, support, conceal, encourage, or assist dangerous, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, harassing, threatening, coercive, violent, self-harm-related, privacy-invasive, or harmful activity. Users may not use the platform to harm another person, group, organization, system, service, account, device, network, property, public trust, or the Mingi ALI platform.
Users may not use Mingi ALI for impersonation, fake identity use, deceptive account activity, false reporting, coordinated misuse, spam, phishing, malware, social engineering, credential theft, unauthorized access, account takeover, security bypass, privacy abuse, doxxing, surveillance abuse, or attempts to obtain, expose, infer, or misuse another person’s private, confidential, financial, credential, location, identity, or sensitive information.
Users may not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk copy, mass download, automate extraction from, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass protections, evade safeguards, test security without permission, interfere with access controls, disrupt service, degrade performance, attack infrastructure, or use bots, scripts, automated systems, or coordinated activity in a way that harms, burdens, extracts from, misrepresents, or undermines Mingi ALI.
Users may not use Mingi ALI to evade law, regulation, platform rules, safety systems, account restrictions, rate limits, payment controls, consent requirements, copyright or rights protections, professional boundaries, crisis-safety boundaries, minor-safety protections, MEFA/SFOP consent boundaries, or any other responsible-use protection described in this Policy Center.
Mingi ALI may refuse, redirect, limit, slow, suspend, block, remove, disable, log, review, investigate, or preserve records of requests, content, traffic, features, uploads, exports, accounts, or activity when use appears harmful, abusive, unlawful, deceptive, automated, adversarial, privacy-invasive, security-threatening, rights-infringing, exploitative, or inconsistent with responsible use, user safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, owner protection, or public trust.
Access to Mingi ALI, account features, paid or free features, experimental tools, upload functions, export functions, MEFA/SFOP features, support channels, and other platform services may depend on account status, plan status, user location, age or permission requirements, consent status, payment status, technical availability, safety review, and responsible use.
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, using authorized access only, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized access, account misuse, security concerns, billing issues, or incorrect account information. Users should not share passwords, security codes, access tokens, private keys, recovery codes, or account access with unauthorized people.
Mingi ALI may update, modify, limit, pause, suspend, remove, replace, test, discontinue, or make changes to features, policies, access levels, pricing, plans, account functions, service availability, technical behavior, safety systems, consent flows, upload/export functions, and platform notices as the platform develops.
Some services may be experimental, beta, limited, changing, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, region-limited, plan-limited, account-limited, waitlisted, manually reviewed, or available only during certain launch stages. Mingi ALI does not guarantee that every feature, response style, file function, integration, account option, plan, price, or service level will remain available, unchanged, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, suspend, terminate, downgrade, restrict, remove, or condition account access, features, uploads, exports, paid access, support access, or platform use when activity appears inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, privacy-invasive, security-threatening, payment-related, rights-infringing, inconsistent with this Policy Center, or harmful to users, the platform, the owner, operators, service providers, public trust, or platform integrity.
Mingi ALI should provide users with a way to contact the platform about account, privacy, deletion, export, correction, consent, support, copyright, rights, and data-control requests. Before acting on account, privacy, deletion, export, correction, or sensitive-data requests, Mingi ALI may need to verify the requester’s identity, account connection, authority, or legal right to make the request.
Some information may be retained as needed to provide and maintain the service, support account functions, process payments, keep consent records, respond to support or privacy requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate misuse, enforce this Policy Center, protect users, protect the platform, protect the owner and operators, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve evidence, or maintain platform integrity.
Deletion, correction, export, or restriction requests may be limited, delayed, denied, or technically incomplete when a request cannot be verified, appears fraudulent or abusive, conflicts with legal duties, affects another person’s rights, involves security or abuse-prevention records, relates to payment or dispute records, involves content already published or shared outside the platform, or cannot reasonably be completed based on the platform’s technical capabilities.
Deletion of active account content may not immediately remove information from backups, logs, security records, payment records, legal records, audit records, cached systems, archived records, exported files, downloaded copies, screenshots, emails, third-party services, or materials that a user has already published, copied, shared, submitted, or sent outside Mingi ALI.
Mingi ALI may add, update, or refine retention periods, deletion tools, export tools, correction processes, consent records, account controls, support workflows, and privacy-request procedures as the platform, account system, payment system, upload system, MEFA/SFOP features, and platform development process mature.
Depending on where a user lives, they may have privacy rights under applicable law. These rights may include the ability to request access to personal information, correction or update of personal information, deletion of personal information, restriction of certain processing, export or portability of personal information, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing, and the ability to contact or complain to a privacy authority where such rights are available under law.
To protect user privacy and account security, Mingi ALI may need to verify the requester’s identity before responding to access, correction, deletion, export, consent, account, or privacy-related requests. Mingi ALI may decline or limit requests that cannot be verified, are fraudulent, are abusive, conflict with legal obligations, affect another person’s rights, or cannot reasonably be completed based on the platform’s technical capabilities.
Authorized representatives may submit requests where allowed by law, but Mingi ALI may require proof of authority and may also require the user to independently verify the request. If a request is denied or limited, the user may submit a follow-up request or appeal where such appeal rights are available under applicable law.
This U.S. State and California Privacy Notice supplements the general privacy, information-use, information-sharing, retention, deletion, and privacy-rights sections of this Policy Center. It is provided for transparency and readiness for users in California and other U.S. states that may provide privacy rights under applicable law.
Depending on how a user interacts with Mingi ALI, the platform may collect or receive categories of information such as identifiers or account information, contact information, chat text, prompts, questions, instructions, uploaded files, images, screenshots, support messages, feedback, consent records, privacy requests, user-selected settings, transaction or payment-related records from official payment processors, device or browser information, approximate network or location signals, log data, error reports, security events, abuse-prevention signals, and hosting or infrastructure records.
Users should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive personal information. Sensitive information may include government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account information, payment credentials, precise location information, medical information, psychological or mental-health information, genetic or biometric information, citizenship or immigration information, religious or philosophical information, union membership information, private communications, appointment details, legal documents, tax documents, family information, or information about another person.
Mingi ALI may collect, receive, or use information to provide and maintain the platform, generate responses, support account functions, process consent records, manage feature access, process support or privacy requests, operate upload and export functions, support MEFA/SFOP or Magnetic Body feature consent where available, improve reliability, protect safety and security, prevent misuse, investigate abuse, process payments where applicable, comply with legal obligations, maintain necessary records, and protect users, the owner, operators, service providers, public trust, and platform integrity.
Mingi ALI may disclose information to service providers or other parties that support hosting, security, payment processing, email delivery, technical operations, analytics, customer support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other platform functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, dispute handling, rights protection, security investigation, emergency safety concern, business transfer, platform restructuring, or when a user chooses to publish, export, send, or share content outside Mingi ALI.
Mingi ALI does not intend to sell personal information. Mingi ALI does not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future feature, advertising arrangement, analytics tool, or service-provider arrangement is specifically added and disclosed through an updated notice, consent flow, opt-out method, or other process required by applicable law.
Mingi ALI may retain information only as reasonably needed for platform operation, account support, consent records, privacy requests, payment records where applicable, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, evidence preservation, service-provider requirements, platform review, and platform integrity. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account status, feature used, request type, security need, legal obligation, payment or dispute record, backup system, and technical capability.
Users in California and other U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable law. These rights may include the right to know or access personal information, request correction, request deletion, request portability, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable, appeal or follow up on certain denied requests where applicable, and not be discriminated against for exercising available privacy rights.
To protect privacy and account security, Mingi ALI may need to verify a requester’s identity, account connection, authority, ownership, or legal right before responding to access, correction, deletion, portability, consent, opt-out, limitation, appeal, authorized-representative, or other U.S. state or California privacy requests. Authorized representatives may submit requests where allowed by law, but Mingi ALI may require proof of authority and may also require the user to independently verify the request.
U.S. state privacy, California privacy, deletion, correction, access, portability, opt-out, limitation, appeal, and authorized-representative requests may be submitted through the official support, privacy, or contact method listed in this Policy Center. Users should label the request clearly as a “California Privacy Request” or “U.S. State Privacy Request” and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through informal support messages or email.
If Mingi ALI later adds advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, automated decision tools, additional analytics, new payment features, new support tools, new public-sharing tools, new international availability, or other privacy-impacting features, this notice, the privacy rights process, consent records, and opt-out options may be updated before or when those features become active where appropriate.
This notice does not limit any additional rights a user may have under applicable law. Mingi ALI may update this notice as the platform matures, as features are added or changed, as platform review continues, and as qualified legal review confirms applicable state privacy obligations.
Mingi ALI may be accessed by users outside the United States. This Regional and International Privacy Rights section is provided for transparency and readiness for users who may have privacy rights under laws outside the United States, including regional, national, provincial, or local privacy and data-protection laws.
Mingi ALI may be operated from the United States, and information submitted to or processed by the platform may be processed, stored, supported, reviewed, or handled in the United States or through service providers, infrastructure providers, email providers, payment processors, hosting systems, support tools, security tools, or technical systems that may be located in the United States or other countries.
Users outside the United States may have rights under applicable privacy or data-protection laws. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing, complaint to a privacy authority, or other rights available under the user’s applicable regional law.
Mingi ALI may need to verify a requester’s identity, account connection, authority, location, lawful basis, or representative authority before responding to regional or international privacy requests. Mingi ALI may also request additional information when needed to understand the user’s country, region, account connection, requested action, or applicable privacy-rights basis.
Regional or international privacy requests may be submitted through the official support, privacy, or contact method listed in this Policy Center. Users should label the request clearly as a “Regional Privacy Request” or “International Privacy Request” and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through informal support messages or email.
Mingi ALI may limit, delay, decline, redirect, or narrow a regional or international privacy request when the request cannot be verified, is incomplete, is fraudulent or abusive, affects another person’s rights or privacy, conflicts with legal duties, conflicts with security or abuse-prevention needs, involves payment or dispute records, involves content already exported or shared outside the platform, or cannot reasonably be completed based on the platform’s current technical capabilities.
Some features, account functions, payment functions, uploads, exports, MEFA/SFOP features, support functions, privacy-request processes, or public-sharing features may be limited, modified, unavailable, or subject to additional notices in certain countries or regions based on legal requirements, service-provider availability, technical capability, safety needs, payment processing limits, sanctions or trade restrictions, regional privacy requirements, or platform-integrity concerns.
If Mingi ALI later expands international availability, adds regional support tools, offers localized services, adds paid features in additional countries, adds international public-sharing tools, or becomes subject to specific international privacy obligations, this Policy Center, privacy notices, consent records, regional rights processes, support workflows, and international-transfer disclosures may be updated before or when those features become active where appropriate.
This section is intended to provide transparency and a request path for international users. It does not promise that every regional privacy law, language, support workflow, data-transfer mechanism, or local compliance process is fully implemented at the current platform stage. Mingi ALI may refine regional and international privacy procedures as the platform matures and as qualified legal review confirms applicable obligations.
Mingi ALI may use cookies, local storage, session storage, browser storage, device information, log data, security signals, preference records, consent records, or similar technologies to operate the platform, support account access, remember user choices, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve reliability, understand platform performance, support privacy and consent controls, and provide or improve platform features.
Some technologies may be necessary for the platform to function, including security, login, session, account, consent, preference, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, payment-flow, support, or service-operation purposes. Other technologies, if used, may support analytics, performance review, feature improvement, communication, user-experience review, or similar platform-development purposes.
Mingi ALI should not be used to submit unnecessary sensitive information through cookies, browser storage, support messages, screenshots, uploads, prompts, or informal communications. Users may be able to control some cookies or storage technologies through browser settings, device settings, platform settings where available, or future cookie-preference tools.
Where required by applicable law, Mingi ALI may provide additional cookie notices, consent choices, preference tools, opt-out options, regional privacy choices, global privacy control handling, or other disclosures related to cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking, browser storage, or similar technologies.
If Mingi ALI later adds analytics, advertising, marketing, third-party tracking, embedded tools, payment widgets, integrations, or other services that use cookies or similar technologies, this Policy Center, the platform interface, consent notices, cookie notices, privacy tools, or support instructions may be updated to explain the relevant choices, limits, service providers, and user controls.
Mingi ALI should use reasonable technical, organizational, and operational measures designed to protect platform information, account access, uploaded materials, consent records, payment-related records, support communications, logs, and platform systems against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disruption, or improper disclosure.
Security measures may include access controls, account safeguards, infrastructure protections, monitoring, logging, abuse prevention, rate limits, review workflows, backup practices, service-provider safeguards, and other protections appropriate to the platform’s stage of development, available resources, technical design, and platform development process.
No online system, AI service, website, email system, upload feature, cloud service, payment flow, third-party service, network connection, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, private, or error-free. Users should take care when deciding what information to share and should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, browsers, networks, passwords, security codes, account access, payment methods, private files, downloaded materials, screenshots, exported content, and communications outside Mingi ALI. Users should not share login credentials, access tokens, recovery codes, private keys, or sensitive account information with others.
Mingi ALI may monitor, log, review, investigate, preserve, limit, block, or remove activity when needed to protect users, accounts, uploads, service reliability, platform security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, owner protection, service providers, public trust, or platform integrity.
If a user believes there has been unauthorized access, account misuse, suspicious activity, payment misuse, privacy exposure, security weakness, or other security concern connected to Mingi ALI, the user should contact the platform through the official support, privacy, or security contact method once available and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through informal channels.
Mingi ALI may require users to acknowledge, accept, or agree to this Policy Center before accessing the platform, creating or using an account, signing in, submitting prompts, uploading files, exporting content, publishing content, contacting support, using paid features, using MEFA/SFOP, using Magnetic Body observation features, or using other sensitive, higher-responsibility, or account-connected platform functions.
Mingi ALI may use versioned notices, consent prompts, acknowledgment records, feature-specific notices, and acceptance records for platform-wide policies, account use, privacy terms, responsible-use rules, safety boundaries, professional boundaries, MEFA/SFOP features, Magnetic Body field-observation features, uploads, exports, publishing reminders, payment use, paid features, support requests, privacy requests, and other sensitive or higher-responsibility platform functions.
A user’s continued use of Mingi ALI after a policy, notice, consent flow, acknowledgment, or feature rule is presented, updated, or required may be treated as acceptance where allowed by the platform and applicable law. Some features may require an active checkbox, button, account confirmation, renewed acknowledgment, or separate consent before access is provided.
Consent or acknowledgment records may include the policy version, notice version, feature name, consent type, user or account identifier where available, timestamp, accepted or declined status, renewed-consent status, device or technical context, account context, feature context, and other information reasonably needed to document user choice, platform protection, safety review, legal compliance, dispute handling, privacy response, support response, and service operation.
Some features may require additional acknowledgment before use, including MEFA/SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, sensitive uploads, file processing, publishing or export functions, paid features, privacy-related requests, deletion or data-control requests, account changes, support requests, business use, or other features that may involve sensitive information, user responsibility, third-party rights, safety concerns, professional-boundary risks, payment issues, or platform-protection needs.
If a user does not accept, complete, or renew a required consent, notice, acknowledgment, agreement, or policy version, Mingi ALI may limit, pause, block, disable, or withhold access to the related feature, account function, upload function, export function, publishing function, MEFA/SFOP feature, paid feature, support function, privacy-request function, or platform service until the required acknowledgment is completed where appropriate.
Mingi ALI may preserve consent, acknowledgment, version-history, account, support, feature-access, privacy-request, and safety records as reasonably needed for service operation, user choice documentation, platform protection, legal compliance, dispute handling, abuse prevention, security, privacy response, account support, payment review, and platform review.
Policy versions, consent flows, acknowledgment requirements, agreement screens, version-history records, and feature-specific notices may be updated as Mingi ALI develops, as features are added or changed, as legal or safety needs evolve, as public platform review continues, or as the platform improves privacy, security, responsible-use, account, payment, upload, export, support, and MEFA/SFOP protections.
Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, support providers, affiliated platform components, and related project participants are not responsible for user decisions, user-submitted content, user uploads, user prompts, user publications, user exports, user reliance on output, user communications, user business use, user professional use, user public claims, user misuse of the platform, or user actions taken inside or outside Mingi ALI.
Users are responsible for how they use Mingi ALI, what they type, upload, paste, request, generate, edit, copy, download, export, publish, submit, share, sell, present, rely on, or communicate to others. Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, correcting, protecting, and lawfully using all content, files, outputs, summaries, suggestions, drafts, observations, and responses before relying on them or sharing them outside the platform.
Mingi ALI and its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, and affiliated components are not responsible for claims, losses, disputes, damages, misunderstandings, public reactions, third-party complaints, rights claims, privacy claims, professional consequences, business outcomes, financial outcomes, legal outcomes, employment outcomes, publication outcomes, research outcomes, personal outcomes, or reputational issues arising from a user’s use, misuse, publication, export, sharing, interpretation, or reliance on Mingi ALI or platform output.
Users may not present Mingi ALI output as guaranteed, final, professionally approved, legally reviewed, medically reviewed, financially verified, uniquely owned, independently validated, or endorsed by Mingi ALI, the owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, or affiliated platform components unless Mingi ALI has expressly provided that specific written authorization.
Users may not use Mingi ALI, the Mingi ALI name, Mingi framework names, MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body features, platform output, screenshots, public-facing materials, or related content in a way that misrepresents the platform, harms users, violates rights, creates false association, implies unauthorized endorsement, damages public trust, attacks the platform, exploits the owner or operators, or creates legal, safety, privacy, reputational, operational, or platform-integrity risk.
Mingi ALI may refuse, limit, remove, redirect, review, investigate, preserve records of, or take action regarding content, use, accounts, publications, exports, claims, communications, or activity when needed to protect users, the platform, the owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, affiliated platform components, legal compliance, safety, privacy, public trust, or platform integrity.
If Mingi ALI is used by or on behalf of a business, organization, employer, team, school, client, customer, project, publication, professional activity, nonprofit, agency, contractor relationship, consultant relationship, or commercial purpose, the user is responsible for having the authority, permission, consent, approval, license, and lawful basis needed for that use.
Business and organizational users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and lawfully using all prompts, uploads, files, outputs, summaries, drafts, suggestions, observations, exports, publications, submissions, communications, business materials, client materials, employee materials, student materials, marketing materials, research materials, and public-facing content created with or through Mingi ALI.
Users should not provide client, customer, employee, student, patient, applicant, contractor, vendor, confidential business, trade secret, legal, financial, employment, school, medical, identity, payment, credential, or other sensitive organizational information unless they have the right, permission, authority, and lawful basis to do so and the information is necessary for the intended platform use.
Mingi ALI is not a substitute for business judgment, management review, compliance review, legal review, financial review, human-resources review, academic review, publication review, professional review, or qualified expert approval. Business and organizational users remain responsible for decisions, policies, claims, filings, contracts, public statements, hiring actions, employment actions, academic use, customer communications, client communications, and commercial outcomes.
Users may not state or imply that Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, affiliated platform components, MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body features, or Mingi framework names endorse, approve, certify, sponsor, verify, legally review, medically review, financially review, or professionally approve a business, organization, product, service, publication, claim, decision, document, campaign, project, or outcome unless specific written authorization has been provided.
Business and organizational users are responsible for claims, losses, disputes, damages, publications, submissions, compliance issues, confidentiality issues, employment issues, customer issues, client issues, student issues, intellectual-property issues, privacy issues, public-claim issues, third-party complaints, or other consequences arising from their use of Mingi ALI, their user content, their outputs, their reliance on output, their publication or sharing of output, or their failure to properly review and verify content before use.
Mingi ALI is a developing AI platform. Services, responses, features, tools, account functions, uploads, exports, MEFA/SFOP features, Magnetic Body observation features, payment functions, safety systems, consent flows, support processes, and public-facing materials may change as the platform is tested, improved, secured, expanded, refined, limited, paused, discontinued, or updated.
Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, incomplete, changing, manually reviewed, unavailable, delayed, interrupted, restricted to certain users or launch stages, or affected by technical, security, safety, payment, account, third-party, infrastructure, or operational conditions.
Mingi ALI is provided as a developing and as-available service. The platform does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent feature availability, complete security from all risks, identical responses, identical performance, continuous compatibility, successful integrations, data recovery, or suitability for every user, purpose, device, browser, location, plan, project, business, publication, professional use, or personal use.
AI responses and platform behavior may vary because of model behavior, user instructions, feature updates, safety protections, technical conditions, system changes, account status, consent status, platform review, abuse-prevention controls, or other operational factors. Users should review important output, keep independent copies of important materials, and avoid relying on Mingi ALI as the only place to store, preserve, verify, publish, or manage important information.
Mingi ALI may test, monitor, improve, repair, restrict, remove, replace, slow, suspend, or change features, accounts, access, traffic, uploads, exports, responses, safety behavior, consent requirements, public notices, or service availability when needed for development, user experience, privacy, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, owner protection, service-provider requirements, public trust, or platform integrity.
Mingi ALI public descriptions, feature explanations, marketing materials, support messages, public statements, examples, demonstrations, screenshots, testimonials, social-media posts, landing pages, pricing materials, and product descriptions should accurately reflect the platform’s actual features, current limitations, user responsibilities, and safety boundaries.
Mingi ALI should not be described as guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, originality, uniqueness, safety, availability, income, employment, publication, business, research, medical, psychological, legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, educational, personal, spiritual, emotional, relationship, or other specific outcomes.
Mingi ALI should not be presented as a licensed professional, medical provider, mental-health provider, therapist, legal adviser, immigration adviser, tax professional, financial adviser, investment adviser, emergency service, crisis service, school authority, employer, government agency, regulator, or official decision-maker.
Claims about MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body observation, field-frequency observation, Mingi framework features, ALI architecture, awareness-oriented features, research-development features, or personal-development features should remain consistent with the boundaries in this Policy Center. Those features should not be described as diagnosing, treating, curing, preventing, predicting, measuring, monitoring, resolving, guaranteeing, certifying, or professionally approving any health condition, psychological condition, legal issue, financial issue, safety issue, professional outcome, or personal result.
Public claims should not describe future, experimental, limited, manually reviewed, incomplete, unavailable, beta, regionally limited, payment-limited, account-limited, or technically changing features as fully available, guaranteed, permanent, or suitable for all users unless those claims are accurate at the time they are made.
Users, business users, organizational users, partners, affiliates, contractors, testers, reviewers, or other parties should not use Mingi ALI’s name, output, screenshots, platform materials, Mingi framework names, MEFA, SFOP, Magnetic Body features, or related materials in a way that creates false, misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, unsupported, unverifiable, unauthorized, or unfair public claims about the platform, its owner, its features, its safety, its capabilities, or its outcomes.
Mingi ALI may update, correct, remove, limit, refuse, redirect, or request revision of public-facing claims, examples, marketing materials, testimonials, screenshots, demonstrations, feature descriptions, or support statements that appear inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, outdated, overbroad, unsupported, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing, professionally unauthorized, harmful to users, harmful to public trust, or inconsistent with this Policy Center.
This section supports user protection, consumer protection, platform integrity, owner protection, and responsible public communication. It does not limit Mingi ALI’s ability to describe actual platform features accurately, share educational examples responsibly, explain Mingi framework concepts, or update public materials as the platform develops.
If a user, creator, owner, representative, copyright owner, trademark owner, or other rights holder believes content connected to Mingi ALI may infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, identity, creative-work, brand, business, contractual, or other rights, they should contact Mingi ALI with enough information to identify the material, explain the concern, and verify their authority or legal right to act.
A copyright or DMCA-style notice should, where possible, include the requester’s legal name, authorized representative information if applicable, contact information, a description of the copyrighted work or protected material, the location or description of the Mingi ALI-related material at issue, a good-faith explanation of why the use is not authorized, a statement that the information provided is accurate, a statement that the requester is the owner or is authorized to act for the owner, and a physical or electronic signature.
Until a dedicated Mingi ALI DMCA agent, copyright notice address, or rights-request form is published, copyright, DMCA, trademark, likeness, publicity-rights, confidentiality, and related rights concerns may be routed through the official operator contact method listed in the Contact section of this Policy Center. Mingi ALI may later publish a dedicated agent, email address, web form, help-center path, or additional rights-request instructions.
If content is removed, disabled, limited, or restricted because of a copyright or rights complaint, the affected user may be allowed to submit a response or counter-notice where appropriate. A counter-notice or response should include enough information to identify the affected material, the user’s contact information, the user’s explanation of why the material was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, any relevant ownership, permission, fair-use, authorization, or lawful-basis information, and any statements or signatures required by applicable law or platform process.
Mingi ALI may require additional information before taking action, especially when a report, notice, counter-notice, or rights request is incomplete, unclear, unverifiable, abusive, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, made in bad faith, concerns another person’s rights, requests disclosure of another person’s information, or asks Mingi ALI to remove, disclose, restrict, restore, or alter content without enough proof of authority.
Mingi ALI may remove, limit, disable, preserve, review, investigate, restore, decline to act, or take other appropriate action regarding content, accounts, uploads, exports, publications, links, screenshots, public claims, platform materials, or related features when needed to address copyright, DMCA, trademark, privacy, likeness, confidentiality, safety, legal, user-rights, owner-protection, repeat-infringement, or platform-integrity concerns.
Users should not submit false, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, impersonating, automated, or bad-faith copyright, DMCA, trademark, likeness, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights reports. False or bad-faith notices, counter-notices, or rights claims may create legal responsibility for the person submitting them and may result in account, access, support, or platform restrictions.
Mingi ALI may adopt or update repeat-infringement handling, rights-verification steps, appeal or follow-up procedures, preservation practices, restoration procedures, dedicated contact paths, and additional public guidance for rights holders and users as the platform, account system, upload/export tools, publishing tools, and support workflows mature.
Mingi ALI may update, revise, replace, reorganize, expand, remove, or add to this Policy Center, platform notices, responsible-use rules, privacy notices, consent notices, safety notices, payment notices, upload notices, export notices, MEFA/SFOP notices, Magnetic Body feature notices, account notices, support notices, accessibility notices, regional or international privacy notices, rights-request procedures, dispute or legal terms, checkout terms, and other public or feature-specific terms from time to time.
Updates may be made for safety, security, privacy, legal, operational, product, technology, user-experience, payment, platform-integrity, abuse-prevention, service-provider, platform-development, business, regulatory, accessibility, international, state-law, federal-law, rights-protection, dispute-handling, owner-protection, or compliance-readiness reasons.
Mingi ALI may add, modify, or clarify policy modules as the platform matures, including California privacy notices, regional privacy rights, children and teen safety procedures, accessibility statements, AI-capability and marketing-claim boundaries, subscription or sale terms, copyright or rights-request procedures, dispute-resolution terms, glossary or clickable explanation tools, contact channels, support workflows, and platform review procedures.
Updated versions should include a revised version number, updated date, effective date, policy marker, notice marker, module marker, change note, or other reasonable way to identify the current version. Some changes may be announced through the Policy Center, platform interface, account notices, consent prompts, feature notices, checkout notices, support communications, email notices where available, or other appropriate channels.
Continued access to or use of Mingi ALI after updated policies, notices, terms, consent prompts, feature rules, checkout terms, or support notices become effective may mean that the user accepts the updated version, unless a separate consent, acknowledgment, opt-in, opt-out, checkbox, account confirmation, or other process is required by the platform or applicable law.
Some updates may require renewed acknowledgment or consent before a user can continue using certain features, including account features, paid features, uploads, exports, publishing functions, privacy-request tools, support functions, payment functions, MEFA/SFOP features, Magnetic Body observation features, sensitive-data features, business-use features, or other higher-responsibility platform functions.
Mingi ALI may make urgent or immediate changes when needed to address safety, security, abuse, unlawful activity, privacy risk, payment risk, rights concerns, technical problems, accessibility concerns, service-provider requirements, legal obligations, regulatory concerns, user protection, public trust, owner protection, or platform-integrity concerns.
If any part of this Policy Center is later expanded into a separate page, notice, glossary, tooltip, consent screen, help-center article, checkout notice, privacy notice, accessibility statement, regional notice, or feature-specific policy, that separate material may supplement this Policy Center and may be updated as part of the same policy and consent framework.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, professional standards, platform rules, contractual duties, and organizational policies that apply to their access to or use of Mingi ALI, their prompts, uploads, exports, publications, business use, professional use, public claims, and reliance on platform output.
These responsibilities may include laws and rules related to privacy, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, publicity, likeness, publication, advertising, consumer protection, employment, hiring, education, finance, securities, taxes, immigration, healthcare, mental health, professional licensing, regulated services, research, exports, sanctions, trade controls, public claims, and use of AI-assisted tools.
Mingi ALI should not be used where use is unlawful, restricted, prohibited, deceptive, unauthorized, or where user-provided material, user-requested output, publication, export, submission, business use, professional use, or public claim requires a license, clearance, consent, approval, review, authorization, qualification, professional status, or legal basis the user does not have.
Users may not use Mingi ALI to avoid legal duties, professional obligations, safety rules, trade restrictions, export controls, sanctions requirements, privacy obligations, consent requirements, licensing rules, workplace rules, school rules, court rules, platform rules, rights restrictions, or other compliance responsibilities.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before using it in regulated, professional, public-facing, commercial, employment, academic, financial, legal, medical, immigration, tax, investment, research, product, advertising, publication, government, or cross-border context. Mingi ALI output should not be treated as legal clearance, compliance approval, professional approval, regulatory approval, export approval, rights clearance, or permission to act.
Mingi ALI may refuse, redirect, limit, remove, suspend, block, review, investigate, preserve records of, or decline requests, content, uploads, exports, accounts, transactions, or activity when use appears unlawful, restricted, rights-infringing, deceptive, unsafe, sanction-sensitive, export-sensitive, professionally unauthorized, privacy-invasive, compliance-sensitive, harmful to users, harmful to public trust, or risky for platform integrity, owner protection, or service-provider obligations.
Users should first contact Mingi ALI through the official support or contact path for questions, concerns, billing issues, rights concerns, privacy requests, account issues, safety concerns, accessibility issues, or other disputes connected to the platform. Mingi ALI may review, redirect, request more information, preserve records, limit access, correct an issue, decline a request, or take other appropriate action depending on the nature of the concern and the platform’s technical, legal, safety, privacy, payment, and operational capabilities.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, support providers, affiliated platform components, and related project participants are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, reputational, business, financial, professional, publication-related, data-related, interruption-related, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from access to, use of, inability to use, reliance on, publication of, export of, sharing of, misunderstanding of, or misuse of Mingi ALI, platform output, user content, third-party services, or platform-related materials.
Users remain responsible for their own prompts, uploads, files, publications, exports, account activity, payment activity, business use, professional use, public claims, decisions, actions, omissions, reliance, communications, and interactions with third parties. Mingi ALI does not accept responsibility for user misuse, user failure to verify information, user failure to obtain permissions or professional review, user violation of rights or laws, user publication of output, user reliance on incomplete or inaccurate output, or disputes between users and third parties.
Users agree not to use Mingi ALI in a way that creates claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, investigations, chargebacks, rights complaints, privacy complaints, security incidents, regulatory concerns, professional complaints, public claims, reputational harm, or legal exposure for Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, affiliated platform components, users, or third parties.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, users are responsible for and may be required to defend, indemnify, or hold harmless Mingi ALI, its owner, creator, operators, contributors, contractors, service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, support providers, affiliated platform components, and related project participants from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, fees, disputes, complaints, investigations, or demands arising from the user’s content, prompts, uploads, publications, exports, business use, professional use, public claims, misuse of the platform, violation of this Policy Center, violation of law, violation of another person’s rights, or dispute with a third party.
Mingi ALI may later add or clarify dispute-resolution terms, governing-law terms, venue terms, arbitration terms, class-action or collective-claim terms, small-claims procedures, informal-resolution steps, notice requirements, limitation periods, or other legal procedures as the platform, account system, payment system, user base, jurisdictional needs, and legal review mature. Any such terms should be reviewed carefully when published and may require additional user notice or consent where appropriate.
The internal Mingi ALI Policy & Regulation Department supports policy coverage, responsible-use review, privacy readiness, consent planning, safety boundaries, MEFA/SFOP consent, Magnetic Body feature notices, upload and export notices, launch protection, platform-protection review, and ongoing improvement of the Mingi ALI Policy Center.
This internal department name refers to Mingi ALI’s own policy, safety, privacy, consent, and platform-governance function. It does not mean that Mingi ALI is a government agency, court, regulator, law firm, attorney, licensed compliance office, licensed professional service, or official public authority.
The department may help identify policy gaps, review platform risks, organize public notices, prepare consent language, support user-protection boundaries, document version history, coordinate launch-review needs, and recommend updates as Mingi ALI features, account systems, payment systems, uploads, exports, MEFA/SFOP features, and public use mature.
Publicly, users may access Mingi ALI’s legal, privacy, consent, safety, responsible-use, data-control, owner-protection, and contact information through the Mingi ALI Policy Center and the Legal & Privacy link. Internal policy work does not replace qualified legal, privacy, security, tax, financial, medical, psychological, immigration, or other professional review where such review is needed.
Mingi ALI may continue refining its policy structure, public notices, consent records, support channels, rights-request procedures, safety routing, upload and export warnings, and launch-protection practices as the platform develops and as qualified review, technical needs, user feedback, legal requirements, or safety considerations identify improvements.
Mingi ALI aims to make its platform, Policy Center, support paths, and public-facing materials reasonably accessible and usable as the platform develops. Accessibility improvements may be added, updated, tested, limited, or refined over time based on technical capability, available resources, user feedback, legal requirements, platform design, and qualified review.
Accessibility needs may involve readable text, clear headings, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, form labels, color contrast, link clarity, mobile usability, understandable instructions, and other usability features that help people access Mingi ALI more effectively.
Users who experience an accessibility barrier may contact Mingi ALI through the official support or contact method listed in this Policy Center. Users should label the request clearly as an “Accessibility Issue” or “Accessibility Request” and should describe the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and the access problem encountered.
Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when reporting accessibility concerns. Mingi ALI may request additional details if needed to understand, reproduce, review, prioritize, or respond to an accessibility issue.
Mingi ALI cannot promise that every feature, page, file, export, upload tool, payment flow, third-party service, browser, device, assistive technology, or early platform feature will be fully accessible, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every user’s needs at all times.
Mingi ALI may prioritize accessibility improvements together with privacy, safety, reliability, legal compliance, user experience, platform review, service-provider requirements, and platform-integrity needs. Accessibility procedures, support labels, help-center guidance, and technical improvements may be updated as the platform matures.
Mingi ALI provides contact options through the platform’s Help or Contact Support area, website contact path, official support form, official company-domain email contact, or other platform-designated support channel. Account, privacy, deletion, correction, export, support, safety, security, payment, and related user requests may be directed to support@mingiali.com. Formal legal, policy, copyright, rights, or official notice matters may be directed to legal@mingiali.com.
For a structured request form with the correct request label, use Help / Contact Support.
Users should use clear request labels when contacting Mingi ALI, such as “Account Support,” “General Support Request,” “Privacy Request,” “Privacy Rights Request,” “California Privacy Request,” “U.S. State Privacy Request,” “Authorized Representative Request,” “Regional Privacy Request,” “International Privacy Request,” “Deletion Request,” “Correction Request,” “Export / Access Request,” “Data Access Request,” “Child / Minor Privacy Request,” “Parent / Guardian Request,” “Family Safety Request,” “Accessibility Issue,” “Accessibility Request,” “Copyright / Rights Concern,” “DMCA Notice,” “Copyright Counter-Notice,” “Trademark Concern,” “Likeness / Publicity Rights Concern,” “Confidentiality Concern,” “Security Concern,” “Payment / Billing Request,” “Refund Request,” “Safety / Abuse Concern,” or “Policy Question.”
Some request categories may later be supported through dedicated platform tools, forms, account settings, help menus, or support workflows. Until those tools are available, users should use the official contact or support method provided by Mingi ALI and include the relevant request label in the message.
Users should not send unnecessary sensitive information through support forms, email, uploads, screenshots, informal messages, or contact requests. Sensitive information may include payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, security codes, private keys, medical records, legal documents, immigration documents, tax documents, full home addresses, or information about another person.
To protect user privacy, account security, platform integrity, and the rights of others, Mingi ALI may need to verify a requester’s identity, account connection, authority, ownership, or legal right before responding to account, privacy, deletion, correction, export, copyright, rights, security, or other sensitive requests.
Mingi ALI may decline, delay, limit, redirect, or request more information for requests that are incomplete, unclear, unverifiable, fraudulent, abusive, automated, excessive, made in bad faith, affect another person’s rights or privacy, conflict with legal obligations, or cannot reasonably be completed based on the platform’s technical capabilities.
Dedicated Mingi ALI contact addresses, support forms, help-center tools, live-support tools, privacy-request workflows, security-reporting paths, rights-request procedures, or account-support processes may be added or changed as the platform, account system, payment system, upload/export tools, and platform development process mature.
